What is seal wax?
ヨーロッパでは、古来より手紙の封筒や文書に封印を施して、
密封するために蝋を用いました。
手紙の場合は、この上に印璽（スタンプ）で刻印することで、
中身が手つかずである証明を兼ねています。
（印璽のデザインは変わることが有ります。）
In Europe, wax has been used to seal letter envelopes and
documents since ancient times.
In the case of a letter, by engraving it with a seal (stamp) on it,
it also serves as a lighting where the contents are untouched.
(The design of the seal may change.)
By October 31, the letter that has completed the application and payment will be asked by Santa to seal the wax.
